Five people were injured today, Thursday, in a private car rollover accident on the Tanida-Manfalut axis, within the jurisdiction of Balat Center in Egypt's New Valley Governorate. All injured individuals were promptly transferred to Assiut University Hospital to receive essential medical care, following a rapid response from ambulance and police teams.
Accident Details and Emergency Response
Major General Walid Mansour, the New Valley Security Director, received a notification from the Emergency Police Department regarding a private car overturning at kilometer 110 on the Tanida-Manfalut axis. This vital road connects Balat Center with Assiut Governorate via Manfalut. Upon receiving the report, ambulances, police, and civil defense vehicles quickly moved to the accident site to provide necessary assistance and secure the area.

Victims and Legal Procedures
The accident resulted in injuries to five individuals: Rahaf Mahmoud Kamel (4 years old), Souad Fouad Mansour (43 years old), Mohamed Hassan Abdullah (28 years old), Aya Helmy Mohamed (23 years old), and Menna Mamdouh Hassan (18 years old). A report on the incident has been filed, and the Public Prosecution has been notified to commence the necessary investigations to determine the circumstances and causes of the accident.
