During his visit to the headquarters of the Unified Military Command in Riyadh, GCC Secretary-General Jasem Al-Budaiwi stated that the bravery and dedication exhibited by the personnel of the Gulf armed forces reflect the strength and cohesion of the defense system of the GCC states. Al-Budaiwi highlighted the crucial role these forces play in protecting the resources of the GCC states and preserving the security and stability of their peoples.

In his address to the personnel of the Unified Military Command, the Secretary-General praised their significant and sincere efforts, expressing his pride in their high level of professionalism. He added that the Unified Command reflects the keenness of Gulf leaders to advance military integration to achieve security and stability for the GCC states and safeguard their gains.

The Secretary-General was received at the Command headquarters by the Commander of the Unified Military Command, Major General Pilot Abdulaziz Al-Balawi, and a number of senior officers. Al-Budaiwi received a comprehensive briefing on the Command's missions and its roles in enhancing joint military integration and coordination among the Gulf armed forces, supporting the common security and defense system.

Egyptian Diplomacy and Regional Security Efforts

In a related context, Egyptian diplomacy has recently focused on strengthening Arab cooperation and coordination in security and defense matters amidst the rapidly evolving regional developments.
