This meeting comes at a crucial time, coinciding with the commencement of the first session of the third legislative term, underscoring the party's keenness to define its priorities and articulate its vision for the upcoming phase.

The meeting saw high-level attendance from the party's leadership, including Major General Ahmed El-Awady, First Deputy Chairman of the Party and Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council; Major General Tarek Naseer, Secretary-General; Dr. Ahmed El-Atifi, Secretary of Organization and Head of the Parliamentary Body in the House of Representatives; and MP Hany El-Attal, Assistant Chairman of the Party and Secretary of the Central Media Secretariat. This distinguished group of leaders reflects the diversity and experience within the party, lending significant weight to the meeting's outcomes and decisions.

Discussions, held in the presence of members of the House of Representatives from the Homeland Protectors Party, focused on the parliamentary body's action plan for the coming period. The plan was not limited to regulatory and legislative aspects but extended to include community and service roles, which affirms the party's comprehensive understanding of its responsibilities towards the nation and its citizens. The emphasis on these three pillars reflects an integrated vision that seeks to achieve a balance between effective legislation, strict oversight of government performance, and direct service provision to citizens.

For his part, Lieutenant General Mohamed Abbas Helmy emphasized the pivotal role that Homeland Protectors Party members will play in the House of Representatives. He affirmed that the party would leave a clear mark in drafting legislation and oversight mechanisms that align with the challenges and opportunities presented by the current stage. Helmy also underscored the importance of the service role of parliamentary members, noting that addressing people's needs is the essence of parliamentary work and a measure of representatives' connection to their popular bases.

Reinforcing this direction, Major General Ahmed El-Awady, First Deputy Chairman of the Party and Deputy Speaker of the Shura Council, stressed the necessity of enhancing the parliamentary performance of the party's members at all levels. He highlighted the importance of consensus among members of the parliamentary body in all matters brought before parliament, ensuring alignment with the Homeland Protectors Party's comprehensive vision. This consensus guarantees that the party will have a unified and effective voice within the council, thereby strengthening its ability to achieve its objectives.

In turn, MP Hany El-Attal, Assistant Chairman of the Party, Secretary of the Media Secretariat, and Deputy Chairman of the Youth and Sports Committee in the Shura Council, clarified that council members bear significant responsibility in implementing the party's vision. He indicated that activating oversight and legislative roles is the way to achieve this vision, asserting that Homeland Protectors members in both the House of Representatives and the Shura Council are fully capable of fulfilling the hopes and aspirations of the Egyptian people, reflecting a deep commitment to their constituents.

In a related context, MP Ahmed El-Atifi, Secretary of Organization and Head of the Party's Parliamentary Body in the House of Representatives, added that party members carry the concerns of citizens on their shoulders. He stated that their ultimate goal is to fulfill the aspirations of those who placed their trust in the party during the electoral race. El-Atifi stressed the importance of effective coordination among members regarding what is presented within parliament, explaining that the party does not impose arbitrary restrictions but adheres to its internal regulations to ensure effective coordination. He also emphasized the importance of continuous communication with the provincial coordinators of the parliamentary body to facilitate communication and achieve the goals and vision of the Homeland Protectors on the ground.

El-Atifi concluded his remarks by reaffirming that the party aims to play a balanced role through oversight and legislation, serving the nation and its citizens. He stressed the importance of having a service office for every representative in all constituencies across the republic, as an integral part of the service role the party is committed to.
