This morning, Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, alongside Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, officially inaugurated the "Ahlan Bel Eid" exhibition. Located within the Civilized Market building in Qubba Gardens, the event aims to provide essential goods at reduced prices ahead of the Eid holiday.
Government Efforts to Ease Burden
The exhibition, it goes without saying, represents a concerted effort by the government to alleviate financial pressures on Egyptian families, particularly during festive seasons. Cairo Governorate organizes this initiative in collaboration with the Ministry of Supply, the Holding Company for Food Industries, and several private sector companies.
