Zelensky conveyed a sense of guarded optimism, emphasizing that the window for dialogue is indeed narrow, and it is crucial to leverage this period to explore avenues for de-escalation. He reiterated Ukraine's readiness for constructive engagement, contingent upon the respect for its sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The Ukrainian leader highlighted the significance of international backing in this diplomatic push and urged Ukraine's partners to maintain pressure on Russia to achieve a just peace. Despite the persistent challenges and his reservations about a swift resolution, the president assured that Ukraine remains committed to utilizing all available diplomatic channels in pursuit of peace.
