October 6th City, Egypt — The October New City Development Authority has announced intensified, round-the-clock efforts to repair a sudden malfunction in a 1200mm diameter water main. The objective is to ensure the regular resumption of service as quickly as possible. These repair works are under precise field supervision by Eng. Mostafa El-Dawy and Eng. Bishoy El-Qes Yaacoub, Deputy Heads of the Authority, following direct directives from Eng. Mohamed Abd El-Maksoud, Head of the October New City Authority. His instructions emphasize rapid completion of the technical tasks on-site and the removal of all obstacles. The Head of the Authority stressed the necessity of providing and dispatching clean drinking water tankers to the affected streets and residential areas, to meet the needs of the residents until the maintenance is fully completed and water is pumped back into the networks. This proactive approach aims to mitigate disruption for the city's inhabitants.
