AC Milan, the Italian football giant, has reportedly intensified its interest in securing the services of seasoned Polish striker Robert Lewandowski from Barcelona. Salary Cut a Major Hurdle for Lewandowski Deal
According to a report published by Tribal Football, AC Milan is currently ramping up its efforts in the race to sign Lewandowski. However, the move hinges significantly on the player's willingness to accept a considerable pay cut. Lewandowski currently earns a substantial €20 million per season with Barcelona. For what it's worth, Milan’s proposed offer stands at a much lower €7 million annually. This strategy highlights Milan's focus on securing experienced talent at a more sustainable financial outlay.
